Last summer, I was on a mission to find a new place to live.
Hours spent flipping through Zillow, trying to figure out if a house was a good deal or a total rip-off, it was a nightmare.
I thought, “There’s gotta be a better way!” So, I built an AI real estate helper that does the hard stuff for you: finds homes, checks out the market, and tells you what’s worth your cash. It’s all open-source.
We’re using Agno, a cool Python tool for building AI teams, and GPT-OSS 20B, a super-smart model that runs on my laptop.
What’s This Thing Do?
Think of it as your own real estate crew, but it’s all AI:
- Search Buddy: Digs through Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and Homes.com to find houses you’d like.
- Market Scout: Gives you a quick peek at what’s going on in the area — like, is it a good time to buy?
- Value Checker: Looks at each house and says if it’s a bargain or a bad bet.
